Special Instructions: Dogs / Puppies must have at least two (2) sets vaccination records to be safe for travel. The dogs must have a collar and/or harness on for transport. There must be TWO (2) vetting paperwork envelopes. One (1) labeled (SRT) and the other for your receiving rescue or adopter. You should include in BOTH envelopes the health certificate, all vet records and any meds with instructions. Rescue or Adopter envelopes must have the following listed on the outside of the envelopes: receivers name, name of dog, and receiving rescue’s contact information. A photo of the dog should be placed on the outside of both envelopes. You also may scan and send the records and health certificate to Sommersrescuetransport@gmail.com

DO NOT FEED your dogs on the morning of transport and make sure that they have had time to go potty before their long ride. Please be sure the receiving rescue/adopter are ready for pick-up.

PLEASE BRING A HEAVY SLIP LEAD TO ENSURE YOUR DOGS SAFETY.

If you are RECEIVING a dog, please donate to Sommer's Rescue Transport the amount required per crate. SRT's Crate Donation is $55.00 for Small to XL Crates and $65 for XXL and Special needs.
